You can submit your RFQ requests by email if you prefer.
Please include the following:

Project documentation, such as drawings in .pdf, SolidWorks for IGES files - whenever available,

Quantities for each part
-
List of Commercial Items or Bill of Materials, if applicable

Date you need our quote back to you,

Any specific due dates on your project,
